As the Investment Operations Administrator at Strategic Capital Partners, I provide extensive support to the President and Financial Advisor by setting up and maintaining investors' account records. Part of my daily tasks are preparing client records so they are up-to-date. Additionally, I conduct research on Funds, ETFs, and Stocks, and provide to our team of advisors to make certain that all compliance requirements are met.
Before joining Strategic Capital Partners, I worked as an Administrator and Collections Manager at Careers Inc. My academic background includes an MBA in Finance from Ana G. Mendez University, an MS in Economy from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, and dual BAs in Human Resources Management and International Commerce from the University of Puerto Rico, Humacao Campus.
I am passionate about helping individuals, non-profit organizations, and corporations feel in control of their financial expectations. I assist the Financial Advisor, Carlos in the process that guides clients through their financial journey, helping them understand all the necessary documentation for opening their accounts.
One of the aspects I most enjoy about my job is researching new investment vehicles and engaging in dynamic discussions with the President and other advisors. My role constantly challenges me to ask how we can improve our services. We focus on truly getting to know each of our clients so that the recommendations provided by the Advisor are perfectly aligned with their needs. I believe that the greatest value I can provide for our clients is superior service.
Originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico, I currently live in Fajardo with my husband. The most interesting thing about me is that I am a travel foodie. One of my passions is traveling around the world to discover and experience different foods. At 26 years old, I have already traveled to 22 countries, immersing myself in diverse cultures, foods, and scenery. In my free time, I love to read. Whenever I am curled up with a good book, the world goes silent for a moment, and I can be fully present. Being bilingual opens up a vast array of literature for me to explore.
